I’m Christian Plocica—former educator turned mortgage strategist. I spent the early part of my career as a elementary school teacher and coach, which taught me the value of communication, trust, and showing up for people when it matters most. I’ve carried that same mentality into every aspect of the mortgage business.

In 2012, I made the leap into the mortgage industry with one mission: to simplify home financing and put people first. After working for years at one of the top lending firms, I helped open VIP Mortgage Group, a company rooted in relationship-driven service, fast closings, and transparent guidance. Today, I help lead a team that consistently delivers results—not just loans—and we do it with care, clarity, and speed.

Outside of the office, I’m a proud husband and father of three incredible kids who keep me grounded and motivated. I’ve coached youth baseball and love nothing more than being on the field or gym cheering my children on. My own upbringing lacked that kind of presence, and I’m determined to give them the support I never had.
