Brian Ross brings more than twenty years of experience in lending, education, and community-focused storytelling to the families he serves. Originally licensed in 2002, he began his career helping buyers navigate the financial and emotional decisions involved in purchasing a home.
In 2014, Brian stepped away from the mortgage industry to build a different kind of support system; one centered on mental health, resilience, and service. Through his social impact media company, Conscious Content, he produced award-winning educational films and worked alongside respected partners including Dwight Bain, the National Tactical Officers Association, the National Command and Staff College, and the NFL Alumni. His work created meaningful conversations around trauma, healing, and wellbeing for veterans, first responders, and individuals facing difficult life experiences.
Today, Brian has returned to lending with a renewed commitment to serve people with clarity, compassion, and education. He has joined the respected team at VIP Mortgage Group in Orlando, where he continues his passion for teaching through community workshops, especially veterans and those seeking guidance during major life transitions.
Whether someone is purchasing a home, refinancing, or simply trying to understand their options, Brian approaches each situation with patience, transparency, and the values that shaped his decade of mental-health advocacy. His goal is to help individuals and families move toward stability and confidence while honoring the real-life challenges they carry.
